Shipping policies
All orders will be shipped in approximately 1-2 weeks. Please allow us
some time to create your custom piece of jewelry. Since each piece is made to order and often
times requires multiple resin pours, we ask for your patience. If you would like to jewelry to arrive sooner, please send us a message to ask if we can accommodate the request. All shipments can be tracked through USPS via your
paypal payment.
Exchanges & Returns
In the unfortunate event that you are unsatisfied with your shipment, please let me know as soon as possible. Exchanges are allowed within 15 days of purchase. Jewelry must be shipped back carefully and securely in a padded envelope and insured. Return postage is to be covered by the customer and subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns on made to order items.
FAQ's:
How long does it take for the jewelry to be made?
In some cases, it takes up to 10 business days for the jewelry to be handmade and prepared for shipment. Some items take up to three resin pours and with cure time involved, some pieces take longer than others.
Is the jewelry waterproof?
No, resin jewelry is not waterproof. Please do not wear in the shower or while swimming. A brief encounter in the rain will not harm the piece but please do not submerge in water.
How do I clean resin jewelry?
A soft cloth will work best to clean the resin. If you purchased a cast piece, a light all natural oil can be applied to the resin and rubbed off with a soft cloth. Sterling silver can be cleaned with a cloth or silver cleaner but do not submerge the resin.
Do you accept custom order requests?
I'd love to work with you on your custom order. I love to create bridesmaids sets and custom flower jewelry. If interested in having something made, please get in touch.
Do you gift wrap?
We do not currently gift wrap our items. They jewelry will arrive in a kraft box with washi tape "ribbon."
