Pretty pill shaped capsule earrings are made with raw brass arc shape with stainless steel posts with butterfly clutch backings.  Stainless steel posts are safe for sensitive ears. The bottom half is your choice of mother of pearl confetti or a gemstone confetti with stones such as lapis, coral, morganite, pink tourmaline, yellow jasper, malachite, amazonite and more.
